| Q: How does the relationship work between RemGuard, the installer and the end user? |

A: RemGuard have a monitoring contract with the customer and the installer has an installation and maintenance contract with the customer. It’s that simple! This means that RemGuard will not be involved with any on-site work, and you as the installer will not be burdened with the responsibility of chasing for payment for remote monitoring.
