DESCRIPTION
RemGuard subscribers now have a choice of monitoring tariff options between Variable and Fixed rate. Whichever option is selected, the subscriber can change from Variable to Fixed tariff or Fixed tariff to Variable after 3 months if preferred.

- Fixed Tariff Option
- All fixed tariffs are calculated on the number of external detectors on the CCTV system. As an example, a system comprising of up to 5 external detectors will be charged a Fixed Tariff of £30.00 per week. A system comprising of 10 external detectors will be charged from £37.50 per week. Point to point beams and internal detectors will be monitored without additional charge.Fixed Tariff Option

The fixed rate tariff option is available to clients who maintain good standards of housekeeping and are able to keep false alarm activity to an absolute minimum. Where a high level of activity is identified, RemGuard will report to the client in writing before taking action to reduce the level of activity. If high activity is perceived to be client generated (staff / customers / deliveries etc) RemGuard reserve the right to charge additional fees for this activity.
RemGuard reserve the right to regulate the volume of false alarm activity by isolating troublesome detectors.
